Boar’s Head and Yule Log Festival Casting

Hear Ye! Hear Ye!

Casting for the 2025 Boar’s Head and Yule Log Festival Began on October 24. Every other year, the Worship Arts Team, along with members of the Christ Church congregation, prepare a Boar’s Head and Yule Log Festival to bring the Christmas holiday season to a close. Because Kanawha County Schools are closed until Monday, January 6, 2025 for the holidays, the Boar’s Head and Yule Log Festival will be held on January 10 & 11, 2025. The festival is based on a medieval celebration that took place in the manor houses of England, and our version of the festival will include a King and Queen, Lords and Ladies, manor servants, and the creation of a live nativity all accompanied by the Chancel Choir and orchestra.
